Order cancellation availability depends on payment state, seller processing stage, and shipment status at the time of the request.

Before dispatch

Orders still waiting in pre-fulfillment can often move through a faster cancellation flow before stock leaves the seller.

After shipment

If an order is already dispatched, the issue may need to move into returns or refund review instead of direct cancellation.
