Buyer responsibilities

Seller and vendor responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful inventory, delivery commitments, return handling, and policy compliance across product publication and order fulfillment.

Platform enforcement

Grezorea may suspend listings, restrict accounts, reverse fraudulent activity, or update marketplace workflows when trust, safety, payment integrity, or policy enforcement requires action.
